Below are some success stories from following the i am frank beard The Key, science based articles relevant to the program, and our monthly news magazine.

I have now started my second month the I am frank beard program and have not had a bout for nearly a month. Normally I am affected at least 2/3 times a month, and I have lay down with a hot water bottle and not do anything for at least a
couple of hours.
My sleep is also much better, as well as
going to the toilet.
So, in short this has made a huge
difference to me.

Around a year ago I started getting a pain in the base of my thumb. I thought I must have strained it, but it gradually got worse. I applied a pain killing gel but that didn’t have any effect. This went on for
about a month and got so unbearable it kept me awake at night.
The doctor arranged for me to see a physio who said she thought it was Osteoarthritis, an x ray confirmed this. I was then offered steroid injections, which I said I would think about.
Around the same time, it was recommended I give the I am frank beard The Key program a try.
I have been on the program for about 3 months now.
The pain before I began the program was easily a 10, this being the worst pain, and I was taking painkillers every 4 hours. Now the pain is a 3 and
I rarely take painkillers.
I would highly recommend this
I am frank beard program.

I have suffered with slow transit colon for many years and as a result I was prescribed many different laxatives. Over the years these became stronger and more intolerable to use. I was then prescribed an irrigation system which meant no more laxatives and was much easier to manage.
I then started on the I am frank beard it's a lifestyle program, literally after a few weeks I saw a huge difference in the motility of my colon. I have now been taking them for around 6 months and have very rarely needed to use the irrigation system.
I will continue with the program as it has really made a difference to me.

Around 6 months ago I started noticing that my joints were more painful after excise and sitting in the “wrong” position. As a 29-year-old this was new to me. I was then introduced to the I am frank beard program.
After just a few weeks being on the program I didn’t only notice how much quicker my joints healed after exercise, in addition, my overall energy levels and clarity of thinking majorly improved.
I would recommend the I am frank beard program.

Tina (As old as I feel!)
I have suffered with severe bouts of IBS for many years and the symptoms are very inconvenient, to say the least. One of the worst was a severe griping pain in my lower abdomen which always seems to be worse at night, often depriving me of sleep.
In addition to this I had a craving for sweet things, not something I usually enjoy. This caused me to feel sluggish and gain weight, affecting my overall health.
I have tried various things to try to alleviate the problem such as excluding food groups and medication, nothing seemed to work. A few months ago, I was recommended The Key program.
I have noticed a marked improvement in these symptoms. I no longer have some of the more embarrassing symptoms of IBS and no longer suffer from the griping pain in my abdomen. In addition to this my craving for sweet things is definitely diminishing.
A marked improvement in all areas! Thank you.

I was what I would call your average person, felt reasonably well, very active, got ill from time to time but nothing too intense, then out of nowhere I developed SIBO. All I can say is it has got to be one of the vilest disruptions to my health I have ever felt.
Long story short, I really suffered for almost two years, losing 2 stone before I started on the IAFB The Key program. I slowly saw improvements and began gaining weight, although I was still having bouts of symptoms albeit sporadically, they had reduced dramatically.
After 7 months I was still experiencing bouts of symptoms although not as bad as they were prior to the program so I decided to op for an extended course of antibiotics.
After research I asked my doctor for a specific combination, however, he chose a different selection, they didn’t work, and my SIBO returned with a vengeance. I do not know if the combination I asked for would have worked, all I know is I wish I had stuck to the path I was on.
I am now back on the program and have agreed to feature my current journey in the monthly magazine.

A review study by Liu, et al conducted in 2023. This suberb study explores a compelling case of the importance of short chain fatty acids and their essential role in reinforcing our immune system, and how without this innate intelligence we are open to attack.

Another captivating study. Here Pizzino et al (2017) explore how oxidative stress is present in so many conditions, and how its manifestation can lead to extensive cell damage, and in some cases death.
